Mainline Spirits Wholesale Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Mainline Spirits! Before engaging in any transactions with us, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with Mainline Spirits, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
- Sales Process:
- All sales must be initiated through email communication, verbal or via Social Media with Mainline Spirits. Please send your orders to hello@mainlinespirits.com for the easiest option.
- Order Processing and Delivery:
- All orders will be processed and dispatched within a 7-day period from the date of order confirmation.
- Invoices and Payments:
- Invoices will be sent to customers at the time of order placement or Delivery date.
- Payment must be made by the specified payment date on the invoice.
- In the event of late payment, a late payment charge of 25% of the invoice amount will be added to invoices overdue by more than 7 days.
- Invoices overdue after 28 days (one month) will incur a 50% (of the total invoice) late payment charge.
- Invoices overdue after 56 days (two months) will result in civil court action.
- Duty Paid Delivered – Excluding VAT:
- All invoices are duty paid delivered, excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). The customer is responsible for any applicable VAT charges.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.
- Returns and Refunds:
- Mainline Spirits reserves the right to evaluate and approve any requests for returns or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Product Availability:
- Mainline Spirits strives to maintain accurate product availability information on the website. However, availability is subject to change, and Mainline Spirits reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if products are out of stock.
- Age Verification:
- By placing an order with Mainline Spirits, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country or region.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Mainline Spirits reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
